Its not really a genre, but I like listening to old computer game music. turican from the Amiga was one of the best I can remember. Gods was quite cool too if i remember right.

ok, now im home I can actually write something non-retarded.... I have a problem with my iPhone and videos.... before I had loads of downloaded family guy episodes on my phone and they worked perfectly, but I went to add some more videos, they would not sync to the phone. They are dropped in the same location as the other family guy episodes, but they when i go to "my decive" it will not let me sync the videos. they are the correct formatt and everything so i should see no problems. I tried to run an iPhone update and resync everything on my phone with the library. However after the update, it wouldnt even let me add the family guy episodes I had on previously... Is this a new apple thing that you can only watch stuff you have "rented" from itunes?

yeah, it happens alot... i cant seem to host parties at all.. everyone keeps dropping out as soon as i start a game... and idont want to jump from the game once it gets going. I completely hate teh silencer on weapons... sniper rifles are terrible with them! a few builds I love playing with... knobhead build sub machine gun marathon light foot combat just run around and knife anything that moves... most of the time you can get about 20 kills a game. best for scrpyard and rust levels sensible build M1 assault rifel (or SCAR) with red dot sight (or holographic) and greanade launcher faster reload deeper bullet penetration radar blocker mid range combat build perfect for estate and overpass type levels

veeery interesting! on a side note, how does the frame rate effect the gaming ? my tv goes upto 600hz, but I havent played around too much with the settings. what effect will it have if i leave the tv running on high frame rate?

I find the multiplayer infuriating at times! sometimes you will get killed 6 or 7 times before even shooting your gun... and when soneone releases a chopper or a harrier you can respawn, get shot, respawn, shot, respawn, thank god this time you spawned inside! the best thing for early starters is to just concentrate on 1 gun so you can get a scope for it. once you get a good scope you can start to rack up the kills.

I know it's a winter mix, but it's still good to throw on the playlist! My mum quite likes stuff like that an has been known to blast it around the house.... I think seasons beatings may have been th one I was looking for, I'll grab it later on!

Life in Basel is fine! but I must confess... i am quite partial to the old FCB... my colleages bought me FCB top as a welcome present and we always get free tickets to see the games! in general though its all good... waiting for some ski slopes to open so we can get a bit of skiing in. but it seems all the snow landed in Zurich... how was it ? dont start me on cablecom... they are useless! hahha i just upgraded to get their HD tv service but after telling them 3 times i need a cable splitter for the 3 socket plugs so i can use the internet and tv at the same time... they just get confused and send me everything in the shop except the damn cable splitter! so now I have a 2 socket splitter, 2 hdmi cablesm 2 tv ariel cables, 2 HD TV boxes, A german welcome pack for HD recorders, 2 english welcome packs, 2 tv remotes and multimedia adapter that doesnt work with HD... I think I will just give up and move the internet into the other room! haha! I was thinking about the PS3 just for the blu ray player... Im totally not interested in any of the games except gran tourismo when it comes out) but is it worth getting a standalone blu ray player or does the PS3 still come out as a better deal even if you dont play games on it ?

Squarez - you can download it from some websites... it must be about 15 years old now, but its a good time killer. think of tetris buy you have to make 3x3 squares with mad powerups. Soldat (or is it soldner?)- like worms but real time shooter Ivan - will take time to track it down. completely unforgiving but a brillinat fun rpg. tip: pray to the gods and change your legs and arms to mithril! Total annihilation - great fun and epic battles... millions of mods available too. more fun than C&C UFO: enemy unknown - research and then blast the hell out of aliens, another oldie but a goodie
