I love the idea... but the only thing is worrying is that i think this is going to be their answer to mobile gaming. I really hope thay arent going the way of angry birds and farmland-gansgterville, I really want to see games like silent scope and augmented reality stuff. first time i saw turntables with adjustable pitch sliders... i thought they were volume controls "needles dont make any difference... its just a con so the manufacturers have an excuse to use more expencive magnets".... i found that was wrong very quickly... home made felt slipmats really dont work that well... you really cant scratch on a grammerphone without wrecking both the needle and the record instantly vegetable oil is not a good fader lubricant i would actually become "good" one day

or make some downbeat stuff and have it all over reality/documentary programs about kids who have fallen on tough times becasue they contracted aids from a dirty ice cream like DJ shadow

all it would take for me to adopt a tablet was if there was a keyboard where you could slot in your tablet making it essentially a laptop with a detatchable screen. im sure there must be a Ipad keyboard out there somewhere...

lol do you mena the little blue floppy diskettes ? for me though the big winner was Battlefield 3 it looks mentally good! Skyrim looks fantastic MW3 looked terrible in that half the time was spent pressing X to proceed to the next cutscene or set-piece Nintendo wii U looks really good! at first I was a little meh about the bird demo untill i relaised that it wasnt a video but controllable camera angle. pretty neat concept. PS Vita i just dont get what all the excitement is about. isnt it just a beefed up PSP ?

Apparently for Skyrim they have finally sorted out the NPC AI. In oblivion it didnt quite work becasue the minotaurs would just go around beating the crap out of everyone becasue they were too violent and it had to be removed. So now for example, if you drop a sword in town accidentally or to free up some space, the NPC's will pick it up. If they like you they might approach you and offer it back. If they dont like you so much... they will keep it!

ohh god that looks horrible! Im kind of glad that they are trying something new, but I hope the desktop version has a "normal" windows mode.

Im going to skip this one and get Battlefield 3 Im not sure on which format to get it on though... PS, Xbox or PC... Id prefere PC, but I have a felling im going to get raped by pro's lol

The screen in the controller could be awesome! so many possibilities.... you could have a stelath game and you hold the pad up to the screen and use it for night vision goggles oir x-ray specs! Ive also heard a rumour that the whole system is going to have replaceable parts. That would eb really cool, and would make a massive homebrew scene.

its when they start to notice you spend alot of time at mcdonalds and then share the information with the government / health insurance people and you suddenly start having to pay more for your NHS contributions / insurance premiums becasue you are "unhealthy" or you get the police knocking at your door becasue you happened to be in the vecinity of a crime that occured at about the time you were there too.

yeah thats the trouble nowadays... nobody reads any of the contracts they agree to. The only time i sat and read a contract was when i took out a bank loan. i made the feckers wait 25 minutes for me while i read the terms and agreements. With my iphone though i never read any of the terms and agreements, i think they make it purposefully inconvinient to actually read and accept the end user agreements. For example i had an update for an app, i was sat on the bus going home so i set it to update. then the box openned up. "please read and accept the new terms and conditions before proceeding" it took a minute or so to load and read the page of text... when i got to the bottom of the page then saw it was 1/89 pages. forget it... ill just press this conviniently placed agree button on hte bottom of the page and skip the other 88 pages. After the initial agreement they should only tell you what has changed from the old agreement. it would stop them sneaking in a load of shit under the radar and save everyone alot of time

I would have thought along the same lines as real-izm... Before the 2 turntables they would only one and have a few seconds pause between the songs. Then when saville used 2 turntables and a mixer, the inputs would have been on lines 1 and 2.... As it was new, you would think they would have yet to name it so would they settle for decks, turntables, ones and twos?

I did a touch typing course too at school but becasue our teachers didnt quite know how to usde the "electronical typewiter machines" we pretty much spent most of the tiome playing duke nukem 3d on the network. I used to be able to touch type but have my hands hovering over the keyboard it was so natural... fucked me up though now that this is the my keyboard layout... Takes forever for me to make smileys now!

ha! I couldnt cope with a new keyboard layout... I already changed to the german layout and that was annoying enough. When I go back to normal qwerty i always struggle to find the punctuation marks and get the yz mixed up
