I have been given a P&G fader but i need a fixing plate for it that will fit into a vestax 07, the plays that came had the holes in the wrong place and doesn't leave me anything to drill new holes. Does anyone know where I can buy one or does anyone have an old spare they would sell me? Cheers

Got a Hak 360 for £160 and a pdx 2000 mk1 for £40.Both used but otherwise brand new. also got a stanton focus slipmatt which is cool as I lost one of mine so now I have a pair again 👌🏻

Anderson Peak kinda grates on me after a while though so the Compton one didn't last long for me.Anderson Paak is like what Ceelo Green would come out like if you put him on the wrong wash.

Yes, it would have been easier. But it only fiddles with the sympton, not the problem cause. I just adjusted the PT01's 33 and 45 settings with the help of the Dr. Feickert record/app. 33 as well as 45 were set ~1.2 rpm low. Flutter at 33 rpm is ±1.3%, bytheway, at 45 it's ±0.8%. r I didn't mean my comment to seem negitive if it did. you are doing the the best mods out there.i think it's great that you are trying to do things properly, installations of custom parts rather than mod/hacks.

I can do them really well with my right hand but I cut with my left hand on the record which is so annoying. I have tried for ten years to learn them on my left but just can't.

The tonearm looks great 👍🏻 Isn't it easier to just place a teflon coated plastic ring around the outer edge under the platter to take up the space so there is only a 1 mm or less gap between the platter and the bottom of the platter recess ? Like the platter bars that are available but cleaner looking.

Does anyone have a spare vestax connector for a mini innofader they don't need? Or is there somewhere I can buy one?

I don't know if it's just me but I can kind of feel the sound as it passes under the needle, I love that I can feel the sound, I miss this with DVS. DVS has no soul, it's the fuckboy of djing, all clean and poncey, I also don't like how it gives every tom dickhead and harry the ability to look half decent but in reality they are shit without it. In the other hand it made me enjoy mixing more and opened up a shitload of creativity that I lost a long time ago just mixing vinyl.

I hate cutting on DVS, always think it sound shit compared to a real record. Love mixing with DVS though.

Q Bert is like the pitbull or sean paul of scratching, he is happy to put his name on anything as long as he gets his £££ and his annoying face out there. I don't think q has anything new to bring to the table, I would rather see some of the new gen guys endorsing and helping to develop stuff for bigger brands as I feel q is a bit out of touch nowadays.

I think I'm just going to wait, save a few £££ and see what comes out over the next year, if unmarked have done the pt01 and itssellsyou know they will probably bring out an upgraded version with all of the mods in, DJ tech will come with something also I bet money on it. The belt drive platter really bums me out too, surely there is a direct driven mini tt in the works somewhere ? I just think it's mad everyone is modding shit and spending so much money on this, you see ready modded versions for $799 lol thats crazy money for a pt01. That's the price of a decent 12" turntable. I love the mods but I'm scared I'll spend a lot of time, money and effort putting them in and then some all in one deck will come out a month later.
