did you manage to sort the pendrive? how did you do this?

ive got a youview recorder it was a talk talk one but when i went to bt the software changed to bt (weird) you get all the freeview channels plus access to the bbc itv c4 c5 players and netflix and amazon prime with mine you can record one program and watch another pause live tv rewind live tv in the planner if something that you have missed from last week is available to watch it will have a planner button all this and no money to be payed (unless amazon prime and netflix) it all depends on what you watch we dont really do live tv anymore dont like adverts dont like not being able to binge definately go for a youview recorder has loads more options compared to a freeview and it doesnt matter if its bt or talk talk it will still work just not there paid for parts which you will need to enter a contract and make sure it has a harddrive some do not

yeah i found out that it was pain in the arse after i bought it it did come with traktor pro 3 which is a plus but its awkard out of date and full of bugs. i thought id be able to use virtual dj's mapping to map it out myself however when attempting to map even the knobs they seem to be issues like mapping the channel gain on channel A when you go to the normal screenit starts moving a random channel gain its all very confusing. i know its possible maybe i need to talk to someone who knows how to program virtual dj using the commands in xml im thinking i may go to the mk2 this works with vdj natively i cant fault the equipment quality just the traktor software is just shite

i had the impulse 500 that was a very solid and big controller it was great the t7 has all the same controls from i can see with the addition of paddles for activating the effect

does anyone have a mapping file for this please ive seen some people on youtube who have it working see this video for the example

soooo i didnt use that dulop stuff i had a bottle of sticky stuff remover and it worked! however now the cd drive carriage failed ugh! i think ive given up now the cats bum is fine it regrew its hair

soooo turns out i never plugged the eject button cable in properly this cable also does operates the break/slow down ,start up and the play buttons pushed it in and it worked

so i stripped the direct drive motor to pieces cleaned the original grease off and replaced with anti fling ptfe grease the bottom picture shows the holes for 2 allen key grub screws. Hi all I’ve been reading with interest on this just picked up a pair of cdxs and have a issue with a stiff platter and or grease that is old and dried. When putting through a computer using traktor and virtual dj the pitch fluctuates constantly here’s a link of what happens so it says that you take apart the motor and remove the old grease and then regrease I’ve got the motor out but have no idea how to split the motor any ideas ? For some reason I can’t reply back on the YouTube video and the link to a Google + doesn’t work thanks for any help in advance
