  1. Thx! i tried it with 5v and it seemed to work too. Keep it at 9v/12v for now. BUT my sound is distorted like too many db's. What could this be?
  2. Sry for digging this old thread up, but i need to know what input-volt range the board has. 9v only? or can i go down to 3.7v/5vUSB? 12v possible?
  3. Mine don't feel wobbly. Make sure you have the stock washer on the topside if so. Edit: I mounted my m447s in the middle holes, and almost never skips even when jarred. This just about the base, not the the mount for the cartridge. I have the washer on the topside and had to add another on the downside where the nut is or else it would move up and down. This is weird. What am i doing wrong?
  4. Is the Jesse Dean tonearm BASE in the PT01 scratch(fresh out of the box) supposed to be wobbly to the sides and up/down? When scratching with the PT on my legs the tonearm jumps a lot. I installed it as shown in the video on the JD Youtube channel, but added another flat ring on the bottom of the base below the deck, else i could lift the base a little which i thought wasn't right.
  5. Not sure if this is the same problem, but a few days ago i bought a new PT01 scratch. So after unpacking, plugging in the dc and listening to a record for the first time over headphones i heard some noise. Funny thing was the noise got louder when i got near the needle like a theremin. Without the headphones over speakers i had to turn up the volume to max and hold my ear on the speaker to hear it, but it was there. As i cut on headphones all the time i thought i had a defective unit and sent it back. The Shop i got it from ran some test, but couldn't hear anything, but they used a powerbank. After i told them to use the included DC they were able to reproduce this problem even with other and older devices. It seems that the power adapter is creating this noise and probably all units have this. I requested my unit back as i'm going to use it with a powerbank anyways and we all know that numark wont do shit about it.
  6. I got myself an Epsilon DJT 1300 for 160Eur. I also have the RP6000, had the RP7000, Vestax, Technics an i think some more over the years. It seems to have the same motor and tonearm as most of the Hanpins if not all. Only difference was the looks and the platter not being rubberized on the underside. Ritchie Rufftone put them to test and they passed all the tests without problems in combination with the M44-7. I use them with the Qbert Ortofons and think it feels and is pretty good.
  7. As far as i know its the same tonearm just with spring tension, but don't take my word
  8. Does anyone know of a solution for replacing broken headphone fader on a Vestax PMC 05 pro 2? The regular CF-HP are sold out. Maybe there are other i can fit? I don't want to give this mixer up.
  9. they just got back to me. sold out too. ;(even the stokyo kutter is sold out.
  10. yeah v2 soon, but as the new mini inno will be released in late march the v2 will probably not be available till april. i will contact scratchproaudio thanks!
  11. Both Sold out.Only found one guy in the US, but shipping + customs are so expensive
  12. So good want one too. did you print it yourself?
  13. i'm trying to find a shop in europe to buy a raiden rxi-f1. Can anyone help?
  14. Yes you'll need resistors. You're mixing the signal so just connecting the two outputs together could damage them. I posted one potential solution earlier in the thread - thanks, i'll try to figuere it out. Hopefully i can put it to use with my limited knowledge of electronics
  15. Can anyone tell where i can solder the wires from the bluetooth decoder boards audio-out to(Numark PT01 USB(NOT the scratch version)? Cut the wires from TE8 and just solder it in between? Resistors or anything needed(its both line signal so i don't think so)? Update: So i tried to connect the decoders audio-out to to the TE8 cable, but i only heard weird noises. Another question: The 3pin plug on the USB-out board is audio-out only, right? Update 2: Tried audio-in AND audio-out.both give me the same weird noises with or withour the TE8 connection. What am i doing wrong here? o.O
  16. Not sure if i got this right, but from i just thought if it would be possible to just print out a blackwhite stripes sticker and stick to the side of the platter and put a optical "reader" diode on the opposite side of the sticker?
  17. from what i can see they look decent, but techwise i would go with the (i think) beatshelter 3d printed ones, cos of the rubberband that emulates the A.S.T.S.
  18. I've tried edjing scratch with Serato vinyl with a friskfader and the lag was annoying als fuq. Tried with a Nexus 6 and Samsung Tab s 8.4, both had the same lag. options menu said lag would be 7ms, but felt like a lot more. Does the mixfader compensate lag? ...if so i would buy one.
