  1. Been away from this forum for years. But yeah I'm back. Here is a routine I like. Musically not to everyone's taste, but the technical skills and timing displayed are unparalleled. And also this guy is not on a lot of peoples radars so enjoy 😉
  2. Simple question, is it possible to run my Z2 via an android tablet rather than a laptop and is it a better experience? Cheers, Andy
  3. On the way back from work today listening to twenty one pilots for my sins had an idea 💡. Mixers nowadays use loops along with guitar players, beatboxers etc. But has anyone came up with drumsticks connected to looping devices. Would probably upset the traditionalists but it would add a whole new dimension for drumming allowing layers etc to be added via controls on the sticks. Just curious if something like this exists already?
  4. Imagine one button to apply a loop and effect then another to sync bpm with the incoming track or perhaps a manual adjustment to make it a more gradual increase or decrease.
  5. Cool yes there was a guy who helped me out mapping some Dicers via my Z2. I may give it a go myself if I'm feeling adventurous this weekend!
  6. I watched a tutorial recently which provided a handy if not slightly lazy way of mixing a 130bpm with a 170bpm track. It involves creating a loop/echo and then moving the Bpm whilst in the loop/echo. Is there a specific function on the Z2 for this? Cheers, Andy
  7. Just found a new app called playground. Have a play, is interesting but only had a five minute play so need to have a proper look.
  8. Hi sorry been but busy Christmas looming etc. I'm based in Rothwell, Northampton is the closest big town. Be great if I could suss out what is wrong with it and sell it on working properly.
  9. I have a faulty ecler 360 and after trying to find out the fault gave up on things as inspection costs were so high just wasn't worth it. After taking advice here I got a Z2. However, I still have the ecler and I had a brainwave earlier. Are there any 360 owners close to me that would be willing to spend some time testing parts to establish the fault, know that's a big ask. I have a feeling it's either the power source or the fader (is 10 years old). Ultimately I'd like to sell it but would feel better knowing what the fault is so a fair deal could be made. Or if anyone has any better ideas would appreciate advice.
  10. Really good work like the interactions worked in to the video too
  11. I'd go Z2 also, you can just sell the SL2 as you won't need it unless I am missing something?
  12. Hello, stumbled across this really good walk through from Shiftee of a routine of his. Dead easy to understand and a real eye opener. Thought some of you guys may like this. If it's been shared previously apologies, it is 3 years old.
