  1. damn, I had this printed out and can't find it anymore. I know it was a simple as piss job. I'll try and find it. ok, I found two pics now: this seems to work but if I remember correctly I soldered a cable to that spot in the second pic (the black cable) and soldered the other end to one of the cables that go to the tonearm?! I remember something with a green cable?! not sure tho, it's been some time and I sold that pdx a good while ago.
  2. sendspace is not that cool either but so are most of them filehosters. I prefer rapidshare, best speeds up and down btu a lot of people seem to have problems downloading from there.

true, and for better results, do chatroom searches. You won't find that much with the regular search. Join the chatrooms and do a room search there. that's where the good shit crops up. Apart from that, there are some forums and blogs on the net that "specialize" on uploading out of print titles.
  4. I wanted to go there but time didn't permit. too bad.
  5. D&D Allstars "1,2 Pass It" acapella. Jeru spits a long peeeeeeaaaaaaaaacccccccceeeeeeee at the end of his verse. he also does that on an interlude on the first Group Home album. Charizma & Peanut Butter Wolf "My World Premiere" acapella has a nice "payce" at the end too. there's one on the Hookt on phonics 7" also
  6. I have yet to check it out. I didn't like the old stuff too much. Sounds pretty much like Jedi Mind Tricks which I think are completely overrated (except for the first album).
  7. 1. What is your mainly used music while DJing? (e. g. Electronic, Hip Hop, Pop) [Hip Hop, Downtempo, Funk] 2. What is your favorite record player? [Numark TTX, Technics 1200/1210 MKII] 3. How important is the quality of construction of the record player? (1-5, 1=very important, 5=unimportant) [1] 4. How important is the Design of the record player? (1-5, 1=very important, 5=unimportant) [3] 5. How important is the Usability of the record player? (1-5, 1=very important, 5=unimportant) [1] 6. How important are the following tools while you are DJing? (1-5, 1=very important, 5=unimportant, 0=I don't use) [1] Record Player [1] Mixer [0] CD-Player [0] MP3-Player [0/3] Laptop/Computer [2] Effects [0] Sequencer [0] Sampler [0] Microphone 7. What advantage has a turntable player over a digital music device like a CD player or MP3 player? [it's the real thing (vinyl), direct access, no dependence on things you can't influence like the computer crashing in the middle of your set etc.] 8. Do you have a method for a preselection of your records? If yes, describe in a few sentences how you manage it. For example how you sort the records in the case and how you find them again. [when I prepare a set, I pick out record where I think they match each other and just make a little set out of it. Pretty much trial and error. I haven't mixed at home for years, btw. I write down the pitch position on a paper sheet and sort the records in their playing order in the case. At home I have all records sorted alphabetically, then chronologically in shelves] 9. How important are following techniques for you? (1-5, 1=very important, 5=unimportant, 0=I don't use) [1] Audio Mixing [1] Cueing [1] Slip-Cueing [1] Phrasing [1] Cutting [0] Beat Juggling [1] Scratching [1] Beatmatching [3] Needle Drops [3] Phase Shifting 10. How would you describe your level of experience in DJing? (1-5, 1=very important, 5=unimportant) [3] not on importance but rather on experience. it's very important to me but there's a lot to learn.

  16. word, I haven't set up a personal profile either. I just used the standard setting when I installed Firefox for the first time.
  17. a reinstall should help. the browser froze on me every time I hit a button on a website like the submit button here etc. uninstall, delete the mozilla firefox folder in programs and download the new version and install it. your prefs will be the same as long as you use the same profile.
