  1. Tried calling. No answer. I had great experiences with their customer support in the past but, as of Sept. of last year, nothing. I saw their support admins were back on their forums so I posted there as well. I don't expect much from them on there though. I have the schematics that came with the mixer and the ones available on their site. They are pretty difficult to follow though as they aren't in the block format I am used to and there are no ratings for the components so testing them is not an option. I checked all the ribbons for proper fitting and signs of failure but found nothing. Same goes for all the boards/connectors. I will look into this when I get home tonight. I'm hoping the docs you link to have more info than I currently have. --- I absolutely love this mixer and hope I don't have to sell it for parts. Anyone know off-hand if the 56s or 57sl share components with the 56? Would make locating parts easier.
  2. Been while since I've been here but I am hoping someone can help. Similar to http://www.digitalvertigo.co.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=39832&hl=rane I am trying to repair a ttm 56. My problem is a bit different though as I have no idea what could be wrong. The mixer won't "mix". Any input coming into the mixer is routed directly to the outputs and the faders have no effect at all. The transform switches work properly as do all of the audio controls (gain, volume, eq). Another symptom is the PGM lights act erratically. Sometimes they "go to the beat" and sometimes they are just doing their own thing or not working at all. I have tried several things to fix the issue: swapping the faders arounddisconnecting the faders one-by-onedisconnecting all of the fadersdisconnecting the PGM boardunplugging everything except a single inputtaken all boards and connectors out and checked for signs of damageNone of these things, or combination of these things help. Rane support is MIA after being sold to inMusic and I fear they are gone forever. Web searches have come up empty with the exception of adjusting the hall sensors. I have not tried this because the odds of all 3 faders getting misaligned at the same time is slim to none. Any ideas or suggestions? I should add that last year I installed new fader blocks which Rane sent me, but the mixer worked perfectly for months after.
  3. I had issues with it stating certain songs were corrupt or missing. Switched back to 2.6.2.
  4. Obviously sped up. You can tell by the frames which are not present. Looks to me like it was recorded at 25-30 fps and sped up to 60 fps. even so, nice cuts.
  5. Agreed. Getting better every video I see.
  6. That is nasty. Killer cuts Vekked. Nothing to ruin my self esteem like watching your vids.
  7. Any free content management script can achieve that with some custom graphics.
  8. I'm a graphic designer, and $100 won't buy you a professional unique logo. Unless you design it yourself just ask around on forums and see if someone will design it for free.
  9. No. It's a part of black ops 2. Trearch (the developers) always add a killing zombies part of their Call of Duty titles.
  10. That's a BS statement made to quell all the negative feedback. It will most certainly happen again.
  11. Call of Duty Black Ops 2: Zombies:Tranzit
  12. I'm still debating on eventually getting some M5Gs or some Stanton's. Would have been an easy decision for those prices.
  13. Tons of us on here repair and mod technics. Depending on your location you should be able to find someone easy.
  14. The random pattern part would be easy to script, but adding the audio would be way over my head. I hope someone can work on this. I'll help in any way I can.
  15. For future reference, a blown fuse will not have the small "line" running through it. Like a light bulb, the fillament breaks when exposed to too much current. As said before a simple continuity test is the easiest way to check.
  16. Traktor is so damned glitchy. My MK1 timecode tracks better for scrathing than my "new and improved" MK2 timecode. they are regressing IMO.
  17. You need to stay in absolute mode. Traktor can't handle too much a change in percentage of pitch change. Sorry to say, but is one of the many reasons people are ditching Traktor in favor of other DVS solutions.
  18. I have 2x Sapphire Radeon 4860 cards running in Crossfire and love it. Then again I have an Intel motherboard. Actually I have an Asus 870 I think. I'm not at home.
  19. I really enjoyed that. Nice, clean, melodic, and chill.
  20. While this maybe true, as of right now, the only ones I know of who have this are myself, Jazzy J, and the guy form Incubus. I am sure more do by now, but it's a small club. Any labor of love like this has more value than money.
  21. I am sharing with everyone because I have no shame. Just did the first test run and they exceed expectations even with 2.5's herky-jerky .tsi handling.
