for some reason when i play music on my PC it doesn't come through the headphones - only my speakers(im using the headphone socket on the front of the stack BTW) any ideas why this is happening? i've looked at the soundcard settings and there is nothing about headphones on there.

Halo 2 fookin rules! the maps are HUGE, better graphics, better guns etc etc. the only criticism i have is that the aliens should never have been able to speak. doesn't sound right
well if you convert a WAV file to MP3 it will loose quality cos the MP3 will discard any info not likely to be heard. This program is "lossless" so it doesn't scrimp on sound quality. If your just listening to your tunes then this may not have any value to you and you may wanna stick with MP3's. It's probably aimed more at producers who want to archive/backup audio files which is why i thought it would be helpful.
