  1. That's really bad advice. Some really good shit can be pulled out of FL. It's quite a solid sequencer.
  2. Don't buy an MPC. Try Logic, try Reason, try Fruity Loops, try etc.
  3. I love it. Feels a lot more streamlined and also looks better. It is a lot harder on my system, though.
  4. Thanks for the words, fellas. This was done in Logic 8.
  5. With drunk eyes this thread looks like it is titled Pop Music Making Software
  6. I master my own shit and it comes out pretty solid, I think. Try it out for yourself
  7. If this dude knows that he's a complete asshole then he is a genius. If not I just feel bad.
  8. Merge used to fuck with something like this but I think yours is much easier to use
  9. I, for one, will never buy anything with the name 'Blu-Ray'
  10. Justice > Daft Punk? What the fuck?
  11. ... And 50 Cent's album outsold Juan Atkins - godfather of techno - 's entire discography. It really has piss to do with anything. I really don't see why this opinion-fest still exists today seeing as how its gotten nowhere in the entire history of computing. To say something as general as a computer/operating system is 'wank' really is just a silly statement. I may be a die-hard OSX (I don't care what hardware I use it on) user, but my usage of it has nothing to do with Windows/Linux/*... it does what I need it to do in a way that works for me, so why would I ever need to bash the opposite?
  12. The 'fanboys' being PC users who cannot seem to shut up about this topic, or 'fanboys' being the Mac users who - for some odd reason - talk about how popular their favorite products are?
  13. That made me chuckle Reaktor is by far one of the sickest programs I've ever used. Massive and FM8 are a bit clunky and bloated but produce some very nice sounds. Sonalksis makes a very good group of effects, as well as TC Works
  14. I have a few Demonoid invites
  15. Lorn Loop Archive Nearly 100 loops created between the years 2003 and 2007. A work in progress, with new/old beats uploaded daily. Enjoy
  16. Other Music inbetween Broadway and Lafayette in the NoHo neighborhood.
  17. Was there any interest in it Lorn? Also, do you have anymore tracks like it? I'd buy an album of stuff like this. Had a few labels show some interest, but I've decided to do finish up a mini LP of tunes like it and release it personally on cassette tape. So far I have 10 of them finished and they all fit together quite nicely. Here's one of the latest I've finished... Lorn - Control 3
