Sometimes just blasting compressed air in your fader helps.. without needing to disassemble.

My experience with the Raiden VVT and the JDDX2R (not as much) is that for every time I used them, I had to clean them before, and during my session. They were great when they worked tho.
Make sure your kids dont have cheeto hands when they hop of the decks. Probably way worse on the fader than regular dust.

Couldnt find the ebayer.. Stokyo is sold out, but I reached out to them anyway. It'd be nice to customize caps with more than a black or white line.

Apple is moving back into the realm of being unaffordable.
The new iMacs are finally packing some real needed power.

You can open the fader up and stick some rubber washers in if there aren't any already. Or just replace it with a Pro-X-Fade or innofader.
New knobs can be got from http://coolorcaps.com/
Coolorcaps responded with "Only 'D' styles shaft not round splined posts, faders will work" re: knobs & faders..
Can anyone decipher?

Real Talk. Slipmats

I have had my Butter Rugs for awhile. I haven't tried much else.. Most of what I have tried has caused too much drag. I'll usually keep a butter rug on my "scratch" table and a picture slipmat on the other.. Nothing wrong with switching up or getting a new picture slipmat.
I actually just came across a pair of Stanton Focus Aerodynamic Slipmats, so I am now giving those a try. It's been awhile since I have switched it up, esp on the table I mostly scratch with. If I hadn't come across these I most likely would have stuck with Butter Rugs.
