so I have a bunch of viruses, but norton and avg can't delete them cuz they're always running, so I tried to go into safe mode... but for some reason when I go into same mode with my new laptop, it keeps coming up and asking me something a long the lines of 'do you really want to be in safe mode? click yes to stay in safe mode, click to restart in normal mode', over and over, and every time I click yes it comes up again, and if I don't click yes, explorer goes away, and it's just a blank desktop... so any suggestions?
