Yer already got the whole podcast idea no problem ... I just wanna know if I put streaming/podcast style audio on a website will the feds/Bti be asking questions about how legal the music is ??? Reason I want to be 100% in the know is that local to the website their is also a online radio station who are trying to get a licence to broadcast FM but their shit and it is never available, so I thought I would piss them off and set up my own "on the website" radio ... But also do not want to end up in court cos the wankers from the other radio grassed me up ??? Ya getting my idea yet ???
