Shit, I just had a thought - my shop is pretty tight with inmusic, now rane are on board maybe we can get demo versions of their stuff... Certainly we can get spare parts etc. I'll lean on them.

Update: it poured rain at 2pm then again at 3. Seems to rain every afternoon. Fun, since I'm supposed to setup outside and not under a covering. Wish me luck. The other thing so far is I'm wearing a grey Hawaiian shirt and lenin cream pants with hemp flip flops. I forgot to bring white boxers and you can see my black ones thru. So the condundrum is do I go sans underoos or wear boxers which would be a pretty easy choice except the lenin pants are thin enough that you can distinctly see my butt crack, dick and pubes through them. DV represent!

It should be possible to get lower lag with a the Twelve, since instead of going audio->software->audio it just goes software->audio. Theoretically USB latency could be as low as the USB 2.0 polling frequency (1/8th of a millisecond).

I like the strip search feature. But yeah, doesn't this need to work super on point to really change anything? There should be basically no lag, otherwise, I'm not sure I would be worth it, at least for me. In all honestly I'm such a vinyl addict that I'd probably never be willing to go with something that only does DVS. It is really cool though.

And of course people are proclaiming this the end of DJing. Nobody tell them DVS came out 15 years ago.
