djdiggla
Anyone favor the mix edition ones (for scratching) over the regular? Just curious. If they are fine for scratching I'd assume it would be the more versatile ones to have.
Guest Symatic
i use the mix ones because i got a random opperunity to get some cheap and i needed new mats...... theyd probably be better with the extra slippy mats but those are sold separately for some reason making the mix edition way more expensive than the normal thin ones. fuck knows how that works..... i find the thin ones too light though so i guess it depends how you want it to feel. mix with slippy sheet things would be prety much spot on for me i imagine
csharp
I prefer the mix edition mats too. Big fan. A++ gold star slipmats (to be fair, I was using the classic combo - regular felt mats and waxpaper - til I switched).
djdiggla
Yeah, I'd used the Shadow version and liked them better than anything which is why I asked... Wondered if I was imagining it. After Sy's response I was able to fine some cheapish TTL version of the mix edition. Got em today and yup. The mix edition feels way nicer to me personally.
