djdiggla
Dang that's nuts. Not sure how I feel about that.
TheDJNamedVes
Still not sure how I need to feel about this. What we're getting now is conglomerates in the music/dj equipment business. InMusic, AlphaTheta, Native Instruments. Investers in Algoriddim and Atomix must be liking their lips. As they could be next.
arkei
They leave Serato do their thing, which I guess is a good thing. It just sucks that all my devices (Rane TTM57-sl, SL2 and SL3) no longer are supported and you can only use them with Scratch-Live (no Serato-DJ)... djdiggla
Wait so your gear was previously compatible with Serato DJ but isn't now??
Deft
Well that ttm57-sl is nearly TWENTY FUCKING YEARS OLD now.
djdiggla
I still have my SL box 😰 My biggest fear is that my Vestax VCI-380 will crap out. I like it, it was affordable, and most importantly without it I don't have a Scratch-DJ license!

I think that SL2-SL4 was capable of running Serato-DJ (the TTM57sl never was Serato-DJ-capable because of the usb1-connection) and now they discontinued the support it seems...
