VONPAULO
Hi guys, been visiting this site for some time now and have found it very useful. I've dabbled with scratching for years but want to get into it properly. I've got a lot of respect for scratching and turntablism in general. I was wondering if someone could break this scratch down for me? It's on an IKEA advert of all things! I think it's similar to a joe cooley scratch or some type of variation? I've searched YouTube but not had any joy. It's very brief and is around 25 seconds in. https://youtu.be/GRt3sTB97Oo Thanks
d00ban
Yeah its just scribbles/babies, chirps, forwards, prob easier just bosh out something similar than think about it too much.
Jam Burglar
Basically just Joe Cooley varions. Sounds like: chirp, tear, chirp, chirp, tear, forward, forward. It's very possible those "tears" are one-click orbit flares or scribbles. d00ban is 100% right because there are a lot of ways to get similar results and it's not always easy to differentiate when listening.
