Steve
Welcome to the forum man. I've had a bit of a backlog of mixes to listen to recently, but I'll give this a listen tonight or tomorrow.
dunknow
Cheers Steve! I'd be interested to know what you think of the mix. Forum looks good, always looking for sources of inspiration!
Steve
I just finished listening. I really liked the track selection. As for the technical side of the mix, I thought it was alright. The mixing side of it was good, although you maybe overused the scratching fade-outs/baby scratching the end of one track thing a little. The juggling wasn't bad. The scratching was the weakest part of it, but there wasn't a lot of it. All in all I thought it was decent, but it didn't blow me away.
dunknow
Thanks for the feedback Steve. You confirmed my suspicions, that I need to spend more time scratching. I've been focussing more on juggling the past year or so. Just ordered Cadence With Rhythm And Flow, so that should get me back on the cut. Will post a video at some point soon.
