Steve
Haha. The differences I can see are the tonearm, the adjustable torque knob (below the ultra pitch) and the MIDI socket on the back (not shown in those pics obviously). I dunno much about MIDI, so I don't know what you could do with that, but otherwise it looks like they've changed a PDX so it's more like a 1200 and called it "Mix" as if the Technics fanboys are suddenly gonna buy these instead - which they won't, lol. Guest broke
I'm assuming you have a choice of tonearms like with the Stanton. Is the 'torque' the same as the 'start' adjustment on the 2000 or does it control the overall torque? Why the hell would you want to adjust any of that stuff anyway (apart from the brake)? Steve
I don't know about the tonearm, but I read that the adjustable torque was to satisfy the people who complained that the PDX had too much pulling power and wasn't easy to mix with, like this guy: -
muzzell
The midi port is for use with a foot pedal/keyboard or software. It can do the same pitch adjustments as the C1. So if you like the idea of the C1 but cant afford it... this is a good buy

Steve
I honestly didn't notice the Skratchworx logo at the bottom of these pics. I found them on some foreign site. I can't find anything on Skratchworx about the decks though.
Phology
i quite like black decks, especially on the vestax "rounded" shape
