Steve Posted May 29, 2006 Share Posted May 29, 2006 Go into Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Event Viewer and there should be some errors in there relating to the time the BSOD occured. Copy and paste the full info inside the errors and we should hopefully be able to track down the file(s) that are causing this problem. Steve Posted May 29, 2006 Share Posted May 29, 2006 I ain't got a clue mate. I don't even have the service that's failing to start on your PC, let alone Norton and those other files/directories.
