Hi necks, Got the VPN PIA image running but want to run the command to do an IP check, so I know its working and doing its job. Basiclly how do you run any command in the terminal window?

I have a synology nas drive and trying to get my head around installing the apps in docker and its far from intuitive on how to install an image. And the help on Reddit isn't that great.
