the hak-360 is a ecler mixer which all the europeans seem to use right? how is this compared to a rane 56??? i got a 56, they dont sell eclers in australia unless u get in overseas. are the eclers better? im talking about the one with the eq's in a triangular formation (i think) noisy stylus crew uses em, heaps of europeans use em. what yall think? alot of peops talk about them, are they beta than the legendary 56?

my pdx platter does weird things. all of a sudden it will speed up, slow down, stop, vibrate, baby scratch without even me touching the platter. the reverese switch also does some wack shit too. i took it to repair, but has anyone had this prob???

im still after a mod to put 2 pcvs in my rane upfader slots!!! im willing to give away my 2 rane faders for it. they are in mint condition. no one wanna help?

ok ok, i know most peops can do em...sa'll good. but who can do em FAST yes, but CLEAN? so far ricci rucker has got the quickest but CLEANEST 2click flare orbits ive ever heard. when doing these at high speed, does your fader hand TENSE? or do u have to keep it EXTREMELY relaxed? with any fast scratch do u need to be a little tense in your fader hand or totally relaxed?

i started this thread asking a different question though!!!!!!! i wanna know how i know when im putting the 2 clicks in between the tear motion, not at the end of the tear motion. its easy to see at slow speed but when u speed up its impossible to know? how did everyone else learn? btw when i say "2 clicks in between the tear motion", i mean... 1) for-click-ward, pause, for-click-ward, rev-click-erse, pause, rev-click-erse. NOT.. 2) forward-click, pause, forward-click, reverse,click, pause, reverse-click. how the hell do u know that u are getting the clicks right between the tear motion and not at the end of it like the wrong eg i gave above. jus for the record, im trying to do 1 and not 2.

the above diagram is not what im trying to do. actually i dont think the diagram is right at all. it should be... For-click-ward, pause, For-click-ward, Rev-click-erse, pause, Rev-click-erse. This is what is known as 2click flare orbits over clover tears. if u put the click at the end of each tear motion, then u r simply dicing. qbert invented the prism, he explains it as "2click flares over 2f1b1f2b", because of the term "prism" people have taken a different understanding of it.

im having trouble knowing where im putting my two clicks. im doing clover tears and double clicking on the forward and reverse. when i double click im not sure if im clicking between the tear movement (like it should)...or at the end of the tear movement (which would be similar to dicing, not wat im trying to do btw), because of the complexity of this cut its hard to see where the clicks are going. at ssloooww speed its aight. but when u start busten em qik its like impossible to tell. how the hell do u know when u got this down? its a sik watery sounding cut but i cant get it yet any tips? (ive asked this on other forums but havent really had much help. i know just doing it over and over is the best way to learn it, but i wanna know how other peops are getting this shit down.)

i wanna do it on the upfaders to get a top heavy curve, i dont like the gradual equal curve. whats the mod? how do i do it?

can someone tell me how to do this. i had a link somewhere but cant find it. the p&g and pcv faders have the same connections right? i think u can put a p&g straight into a 56, does that mean i can throw a pcv in without no modding? can someone help me out? thanks.
