I just bought one in the Amazon Prime sale day, for half price. It's gonna be shit isn't it?!

After I went through the soles of both my other pairs and couldn't do stuff when it was raining, my Mrs took pity on me and bought me two new pairs of Pumas.
Blue ones for 'best' and maroon ones so I don't wear out the blue ones so quickly

The number one tip that i usually get is that one needs to learn to be "original" however, in my personal opinion i feel like it usually all starts with imitating our favorite Djs or producers but over time, you then sought of try to develop your own sound? Is this true?

House parties are the best but I've had good gigs at various other places (bars, clubs, music venues with live bands, etc.). Funny how not needing the gig allows you to dictate your own rules. It's even better when you do something a little different and people are actually into it. I would only ever do a wedding if it was somebody I know. Otherwise there are just too many expectations for what the DJ is supposed to do. No thanks.
You make a valid point. I feel like Weddings are generally super demanding! from both sides because well the air, most of the time seems to scream "perfection" but hey, maybe that's just me?

I’ve done a number of mobile gigs which were nice. But getting into a club is eventually one of my main goals. I have deejayed before for a lot of people who didn’t give a damn and for very little money.
Given that i am still new to this industry i would love to know which location do you enjoy spinning the most?

I was using DJ City, however, their preview player sucks, only using seriously compressed files which would fuck up my ears and consequently give me a headache the next day. Seriously dissatisfied with that particular investment. Just a heads up.
If you don't mind me asking. On a scale of 1 to 10 how good is DJ city. I know the things that suck already..from what you mentioned, but i mean overall how would you rate it?

Damn it! I missed the sale day this year round. I don't know how i missed this. Why..Why...didn't i just stick to using the Google Drive Calendar? Ugh
Oh well, on the bright side. I am hoping that the Christmas sales will be just as good cause i am definitely getting me one of those!
