  1. Requires iOS11 so I should suggest 5s and above but anyways a true deal. Some devs have started this week
  2. Also look at stagelight (also for android and windows). It’s becoming the new shit and it has free le version. Works on old devices (almost in my 5s, I need to check in the 4) https://forum.audiob.us/discussion/29594/stagelight-is-live-on-the-app-store
  3. Blocs has sample share an export... you only need to flatten first the sliced ones and the push share button. In your case choose "section mix" and when it finishes the usual window "open in" will appear. Share it to AudioShare, Files or Documents and from there you go.
  4. I could post this on the ttm topic blahblah. Pass. Just take a look and so on...
  5. Because Tim Cook is the CEO hipsters and rednecks are the new target.
  6. Interesting idea probably will be a total fail (being indigogo campaign even more). It’s less than nichest due there is near to zero turntablist interested on button scratchung. ITOH if newbies or freaks who doesn’t care and want something in this path then you have the new Serato Preset controller... In fact it could be possible to do the same with a dicer and some max patching...?
  7. I wondered so many times about modular mixer. Even considering buy some old vestax and build something from parts but in the end to much hassle so little reward... I will love to build a analog smartmixer (multiband parallel compression) but then I come back to common sense and though “you can do that on Ableton”. Now I have again desktop computers I should try to set up somethig...
  8. I just bough a 3D printer. I dont want to start learning 3D model design but bought it for my brothers and nephews due I have the space in the basement for those nerdie things. Anycubic i3 prusa clone for 104 eurosthrough a group buy. Worth it, now I have to mount it... https://instagram.com/p/BorfQVgFH7_
  9. I wan't 2012 Mini, and i have a 2011 MBP with the higher res screen option, ive upgraded it to 16gb and switched out the BT to the 2012 BT 4 for BT MIDI and Airdrop etc lol, I might keep it and just save up for the 2012 Mini though. I was rear that mbp for price point features (hard to find something newer under 500) but finally bought the mini and change my idea of portability. I will keep the iPad+focusrite dock for ontheroad recording and mini for edits at home. When the money start flowing I will think again what step to do. Mac mini is beaty and beast at the same time :} If you sold you mbp how much will ask for? Its in the line with high sierra support but I could consider a deal with you, mate...
  10. I’ve seen some around 250-300€ (and at the same time sp404 more expensive xD) but it’s hard to buy them when also I can find mc808 around the same price point...
  11. I just bought a mac mini late 2012 again but this time with ssd and full 16gb of ram for 400€ which is good price. I was looking a mbp 2011 (and had one nearly bought for 300) but it was to much hassle deal with the owner so Igone for the mini. Works lie a charm with High Sierra.
  12. Beatbuddy groveboxinapedal. Pioneer Djs1000 (this when I get more professionalized than nowadays) Rc808 if comes someday.
  13. New traktor 3 will support any audio interface for DVS. https://djworx.com/traktor-scratch-is-dead-long-live-traktor-pro-3/
  14. I just bought Nanostudio1 on sale (less than 5€ with the iAP) for my old iPhone4 (it’s 32bits so that’s first reason to the sale, second seems Ns2 around the corner). Seems worth it as standalone synth/sampler. https://forum.audiob.us/discussion/17579/nanostudio-1-is-going-to-die-with-ios11-plus-some-good-ns2-news About this... hardly tempted since sp808 are 150-250€ on my area but that MCD is twice the price of the SP itself :crying: Underrated machine underpowered by zip drive...
  15. Even the sc1000 could be used as substitute for all as you pointed in the other thread. I proposed it (raspi pideck adaptation) time ago but I forgot all of this in between xD
  16. I finally ended selling the cdx and forget about scratching or nothing related but I found this and maybe could be useful to substitute the cd-rom...? http://shop.codesrc.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=62
  17. It works on iOS with a workaroundbut yes fairly limited... The people at audiob.us forums are doing the homework. Not my cup of tea (even Dr. Oktorex is my favourite Reason _gadget_ lol) but maybe someone was waiting for something like this. The topic. https://forum.audiob.us/discussion/27220/korg-gadget-stockholm-by-reason/
  18. Hmm depends... If you don't want DVS then xwax or pideck isn't necessary for midi control. I have run mixxx on the pi and it didn't lag much for the fact it was the full version. I think there's a version that works best for the version of Linux used to run it on the pi but it was a while ago and I suspect that the latest version of the pi or similar device are powerful enough to run the full works I've seen windows 10 running so I guess the future of the pi is not the same as the past I remember. If you don’t need DVS go for the iPod 6gen + Djay Pro app + compatible controller of your choice.
  19. It was the best compliment I could bring... Stanton like Vestax killed themselves.
