    You could also do 2 separate A/B chorus verse looping take and punch them in and out, but you'd have to do it in a very roundabout way.

     

    Yeah, you need to hold the pedal down for 2 seconds to undo, so it's a bit tricky.

     

     

    *The major drawback to the 50 is that when you record the very first loop, it does this thing where it drops the first note of your loop the first time it replays the loop. So, if you record drums on your first pass, after you hit the pedal to start the loop the first kick drum gets dropped (it comes back on the second loop). All other loops on all other banks record normal after that but it's a weird thing you have to work around

     

     

    That sounds like a pain. So you have to wait for two cycles to find out that you fucked up your loop? :)

     

    I like to start with the snare on drum loops, especially when I'm cutting drums in a snare/kick format, so I would miss out on the first snare. Weird.

    Absolutely will! After my dog and cat wrestling video, I pretty much became a full blown influencer. Sadly though, I wasnt able to maintain the momentum as the dog now wont wrestle the cat - we think someone who wont be named but has a prominent moustache, handed out some rough justice while we were out one day. Theyre still friends but its a friendship thats now failing to produce content. Might have to let them both go TBH...

     

     

    My cat doesn't like my dog at all. I get nervous when they get too close because he's a viscious bast!

    When my Mum used to drive me to school, she’d catch me nodding my head to some beats that only I could hear and say, “Joe, you’re doing it again.” 25+ years later and I’m getting the same off my wife. I’ve either got beats in my head or freestyle scratching.


    If I have to do anything other than music, I have to really focus to make sure I don’t fuck it up. I didn’t go to university, which is just as well because I probably wouldn’t have learnt much.


    So, yeah. I don’t do music for a living but I definitely live it. Would be nice if I had the time to myself to actually DO some music but I try not to complain!

    I need to try the cable to the phone because recording the audio and video separately and then lining them up in a video editor is a pain, especially since my phone takes variable frame rate video.

     

     

    No shit. Last time I did that the AV sync drifted all over the place. Cable ordered :)
