returned the s9, i have no idea why so many people use serato traktor is better

im trying to map the s9 as a midi controller and it doesnt seam to be working is it possible to map this mixer in traktor?

yea i watched that vid.. gridding is essential for how i dj its easy to beatmatch but im dissapointed because i thought they had a good sync system in place. btw im on a djm s9 & technics, smart sync is probably what i need although my equipment doesnt allow that which makes no sense, sort of missing traktor rn

im hoping someone can explain exactly how sync works in serato dj and how to use it properly. it wont let me use smart sync, simple sync is a big headache for me its making my tracks go out of time when theyre at the same bpm and in time

i had it set to do this in traktor, is there a way to set it up this way in serato dj?
