This is an amazing mod. Great work!
Is the hardware you're using limited to controlling just the ultrapitch fader, or does it have enough I/O to control the regular pitch fader as well? If you could control both faders, by placing 0% at E1, you could get a full two octaves from C0 to C2 (almost...C0 ends up being sharp by .13Hz, or .08%) out of the combined +/- 60% range of the two faders.
