my mixer just shat itself! no sound through amp and speakers or headphones..but still getting a display with vu meters..switch off and on then it works..then after five- ten minnutes does it again. anyone had this problem before on any mixer..no sound but still showing levels...faaarrrkkk!!

Why not chroma caps.dont worry bout asthetics..they may feel nice..look almost rubbery

in that case vekked you can use ecler hak fader caps,innofader(you still have innofader right?),pro x fade and most others with a 4mm stem. i like the ecler hak ones..similar to the 707/909 quite tall and thin..innofader is pretty much the same a s the rane(so is the pro x right enough). i actually really like the new fader caps on the 61/62..nicer than the 56/57 ones.

nah ironically im in new zealand..but from the serato website the shipping is astronomical..called local serato and they dont sell to public..can buy locally but crazy expensive here compared to u.s.

does anyone know were you can buy serato vinyl with free(or cheap)international shipping rate)..the best i can find is $20 u.s. for version 2 vinyl on ebay.

Rane will just give him a new one sym..no question. Rane are so so good with customer support..just email them and they will send you what you need..of course you pay a premium for this service..but to me,thats what its all about.

i would deffo get a 61 over rodec as a serato box cost more than the change(unless you already have one)..is a z2 not an option? i have a 61 and love it..if you can afford to loose the midi function.//but the rodec is a lovely mixer..i had a lone of one once.

Y splitter rcas plugged onto the turntable phono..then plug one end to phono on mixer and the otherend to line in on a6.so u need 4 splitter cables.
