i finally started playing shredders revenge on the switch. i only really pull out my switch when im going to get my oil changed on the car. love a good beat em up. dont have to think about the game. no real strategy. just punch kick throw repeat.

I think it's part of one of the best reboots of any game series. I love the exploration, the combat, and the stealth mechanics. There's loads to do. It still looks fantastic. The story is dumb, which is a shame, but I don't think that makes too much difference overall.
The Definitive Edition is part of Game Pass, so if you've not played it and you have an Xbox or PC, I'd definitely recommend it.
i just got the definitve version a while ago during on the christmas sales. it is a good game. i need to get back to it myself.

back to splatoon. one of the best things about doing matches on the wiiU is the squid mini game that you play on the hand held while waiting to set up a match. i wish i got some matches in before they took the server down.

360s are easy to get your hands on. i got 2 of them. i got one of the OG models with the clip on hard drive for the kids. then later on i found a slim version with the wifi built in. Got it at the goodwill. under $100 and it came with red dead and halo reach. i dont play the xboxes that much. but i dont play anything that much anymore.

i did enjoy the splatoon matches on wiiU. my kids have the newest splatoon on the switch. I havent even played it yet. but those online matches were great.

Also, in response to Deft, thinking of getting a MasterSounds Radius mk2 rotary mixer. For the killer EQ and so i can mix all my dnb vinyl i kept hold of.
rotary mixers are fun. its a different experience than traditional battle mixers. I got a cheap one by subzero which is a cheaper clone of the omnitronic rotary mixers. Im sure the sound quality is not up to par as the master sounds but it sounds just as good if not better than my rane 72. i only paid about $300 for that subzero rotary. but i only pull it out maybe twice a year. so I couldnt see spending the pricey amounts for the boutique rotaries.

This was supposed to be a 20 year anniversary re-release of this mix but i fudged that up. only 19 years. but fuck it, i'm putting it out anyway. This was supposed to go with the '05 okayplayer reunion dvd. still dont know what happened there. but anyway, still a dope mix. I got skits on here, commercials. i never really experienced the internet until fall 1996. thats when i started college. I spent alot of time in the computer lab or the engineering labs. They had dedicated T1 lines so everything was fast. we were on netscape. everybody had hotmail. i think the search engine then was miss web. or something like that. then yahoo made it big. spent most of my time on graffiti.org and okayplayer.
we had dial up when I got home in '99. that shit sucked plus i had to basically wait until everyone went to sleep because it tied up the phone lines. eventually abandoned the internet at home. only used it at work until around 2006 when we got a cable modem.

i been on the galaxy train for a while now. I got the s22. i use my phone more now than ever. but thats mostly because you need an app to do damn near everything. I have been considering checking out the pixel the next time i get a new phone. i never really got into iphones. but, my iphone experience is only with my work phones. and i just found out that these are pretty much just a basic entry level iphone. i dont feel like im missing out or anything. I just wish they would bring back the micro sd options. i didnt know that they got rid of the micro sd until i got this damn phone. so I end up burning up most of the storage on day one. my sd card had all of my music that has been with me from one phone to the next. but all that to the side. the 24 ultra does look good. im not sure i need all of that. im sure i can get away with a s24

So, sometimes my wife gives me these challenge mixes. This time she wanted all blue eyed soul. (i hate the term blue eyed soul but thats a quick way of explaining it) anyway, it took me a while to figure out how I wanted to approach this mix. I jump around from the 70s to present to 80s to 90s. not a straight line at all but it works. i got some steely dan, some hall & oates, phil collins, toto. moonchild. its on bandcamp as name your price.

Thanks for listening and thanks for the feedback. Im glad you said it has a raw sound. Its supposed to sound raw. The crew formed during the pandemic when we were all at home. The beginnings truly was one of the guys posting beats on instagram as a reel and others would remix the reel and rhyme over the beats. I put a few of those reels in the mix. I think i might do a few quick videos to explain exactly whats going on with the mix and the crew. there is a disconnect. people will like the posts but they wont leave the social media platform and actually listen to our music. So please, share it with people who love hip-hop

All songs on this mix was done by my crew GRYSKLL. I got songs on here. Remixes. blends. freestyles that was only on instagram. Its a dope ride clocking in at about 45 mins long.

you can turn those taskbar widgets off by the way. right click on the task bar. click on task bar settings. and turn off the widgets. I hate those pop ups. always happens when im trying to click on something else.

Me and my oldest son did this last weekend. He wanted to make a villain song. He taught himself how to play the keys. He did the bass line and the melody. I added the drums and cuts. He wrote the lyrics.

we only use edge to download chrome. That and the main employee portal at work only fully works on internet explorer or edge. besides that, I dont have a use for edge or bing for that matter.

i literally just started using win 11 yesterday. well, at least at work. the only thing i noticed is that the start menu and search bar is at the bottom center instead of bottom left. they moved that annoying weather and news update thing to the bottom left so it dosent pop up every time you try to look at the calendar or adjust your sound. this is just my work laptop so as long as it does what i need it to do im fine. I dont really know what all has changed from 10 to 11.

i believe, as long as you were logged in on the old 360 then your saves and progress should transfer over. its been a while since i had to do that. im sure its a quick google search.
