cmp-800... [shit cd deck made by stanton with some great featuers] plater doesnt move like a fancy cd deck.. i can do a stab>baby / baby>stab pattern i couldnt do on a deck which ive tried for years... i could do some of the variations ... but whatever way the cd deck worked in my head it just helped.. i thought stabs would be the one thing harder to do on a shit cd deck,, but the trick for some cuts is just holding the platter the entire time. which for fast stabs is fine [differant then how i do on a deck but whatever]...

tekken tag and kof on sale one of the days. shall be picking those up for giggles.. just ordered 4 more fightsticks... so its a bit of a no brainer.

that was on a cd deck two days after it arrived... and i hardly cut last year cause my hands been fucked... ive actually been able to learn some scratches on a mid-price-range cd deck that i couldnt do on a turntalbe.. cRaaaZzyYYyyYYYyyyyy eyy great craic...

im using cmp-800 at the mo and loving it.. dont get me wrog... turntables for the win... but they really are 2 entirely differat machines...

listening to people scratching with headphoes on.. and hearing there breathing is actually way more fun then scratching itself...

the lorn loopers... when vince mack mahon all lived together by the beach on the west coast or ireland.. we used to spend days cutting on four turntables to the lorn loopers.... good times...
