i think it was still managed well last time out. all i would recommend is something akin to, person has 3 days from the last guy to do his section, and the overall deadline for the project is xx/xx/xx

i never thought of that, i reckon you're on to something. when i have done faster tears and shit i have had issues with sl sounding a bit "glitchy" i was thinking sl3 may be the better option, but improving the source material is worth a go.
