on the whole downloading tip. i think it's great. i can sample a whole load of artists that i normally wouldn't encounter and then i'll buy their shit if it's good and it's got dope artwork. yes artwork. i play most stuff on my iPod so i don't really care about shitty quality through my shitty headphones but if the artist has got a dope cover going on then im all over that baby like a pedophile.

damn these beats are nice. i like to hear beat comps because it's so interesting to hear the different ish that people come up with from the same samples. i just got an MPC1k and made a rough beat using the sample pack and my shit sounds so wack compared to the beats provided. haven't voted yet because i want to give the entries a few more listens.

i use opera. it's nice but i have a few problems with it. widgets? fuck off. no spell check. if you type in CAPITALS it won't start guessing the results of your pages. some pictures just will not show up. other than that it's cool.

it worked fine for me before but it lost all its vids when stage6 shut down. now im trying to watch some shit on it and it tells me that im missing a plugin so i click that symbol and firefox scans my computer or something and then a grey box pops up and is all like "(application/X-OGM") anybody have any idea of what that means?? no suitable plugins were found either. major bummer.
