  1. My FS2 is ordered and set to arrive before christmas Dub. Please tell me the sound card/chipset/whatever on our presarios are likely to be alright with FS2! Even if you have to lie. Fuckinell that spinback on those FS2 soundclips is a beauty, much improved.
  2. Squarepusher - Come On My Selector is a evil genius track. The video is absolutely brilliant as well, directed by the same bloke who did Windowlicker by Aphex. Can't find it on the internet at all though, which is a shame...Check it out if you can.
  3. If you're looking to buy some decent recent uk hip hop albums here's a few you should definately consider: Yungun - 'The Essance' The P Brothers - Any of the 'Heavy Bronx Experience' Volumes (also good for instrumentals) and Cappo - 'Spaz the World', both Notts hip-hop  Richochet Klashnekoff & Tommy Evans both have double albums out as well... Also check out Funky DL. He's from the UK but most his tracks have a US sound and he's based there. For those loving the Hijack, Gunshot etc. era, anyone els heard Bushkillers - Troublemakers ep?
  4. X-ecutioners - Premier's Execution from built from scratch is pretty damn good.
  5. yeah, esp when you see its predessessor <-dunno how to spell that, www.noize.man.ac.uk . That's a well good site but its now abandoned. It will most likely move in the next week or so to a proboards forum provided teh uni ftp can be linked to it. At least its somehere to upload mixes to though.
  6. I planned to do Burglary Beats: Volume 2 tonight, but I only got about 50 mins done before i fucked up mixing Ultrasonic Sound by Hive into a Dylan vs Eminem track so i'm gonna have to do some cheating and re-commence another time. It's pretty good so far though, although not multi-tracked so some of the scratching is off-time. I'll post it in the Audio section as soon as its completed and uploaded to the Spun site. I'd appreciate any feedback, good or otherwise, at least it shows that people are listening
  7. This thing started up this September, and is registered with the University of Manchester. Got about 50 DJs and loads more fans of dance music signed up to it. We're having a launch party @ Font bar on the 21st of this month for the interest of anyone in the area but regardless of where you're at please check out the site. There's a prospering forum and growing number of online mixes to listen to. Mostly proggy house & trancey stuff, but i'm on there repping Hip-Hop/Drum n Bass (my mixes are unloading this very minute). Im sure there'll be plenty more to come. Here's the link once more just to conveniently click on ... www.spundj.rocks.it
