yeah they were in exe from the pc, what flash player should i install for them to work on my mac?

so i just got a macbook for a grad present yesterday and I wanted to transfer my loopers from my home pc to my macbook. I go ahead and burn a data cd with all my loopers and when I bring them up on my mac they come up as text files? should I burn them at a diff format or do I need to install something for them to run?

so I've been makin some pretty fresh scratch beats at the moment so I wanted to put together a flash looper

 

only problem is I dont understand codes and all that shit and it just confuses the hell out of me

 

if I gave somebody some beats and shit could somebody build me one? or maybe explain it better for me....or even give me a layout of one and let me do the rest, possibly?
