d00ban
Yo, Any ideas how to get the synth effect at 54 seconds? Is he just automating some kind of filter on it or ??? I'm getting better at synth stuff but still dunno how to achieve this sound too well https://soundcloud.com/oaklandfalcons/late-night-falcons-remix
danswift
Sounds like an LFO cut off / filter switch maybe Doob ?
d00ban
Sounds like an LFO cut off / filter switch maybe Doob ? Yeah I had an inkling. Need to play around with some LFO settings on sylenth to see what I can come up with. It's a cool effect, adds so much movement. Thanks man
Flexinoodle
Do you have massive ?Either way, just type brostep bass tutorial or Neurobass tutorial in to You Tube, it will show you all the ways to do this, it is not always just a simple filter
Jon
It sounds like there's white noise mixed in with the wave, then there's an lfo on the filter. I'm not sure the exact wave or combination of waves though without trying to recreate it
d00ban
Nice one Jonnoj. I'm currently slogging my way through Syntorial to teach myself about synth programming. Got a feeling Flexi might be on the money considering what I just learned about what you can actually achieve with LFO's ... dunno though, guess some automation could go a long way too.
