edit: in case you were serious (sorry, the wording of your post came across a bit culture vulturey...). Normally you'll have to approach the artist directly or go through a dubplate agent. In most cases in both scenarios they'll give you a price for recording a dubplate, i.e. a specially voiced version of one of their songs over the original riddim or one you've provided intended purely for DJ sets or clashes, and a price if you plan to release the track, with the second being more expensive. Or you can network and find an artist with common goals and work with them and ask them to record special versions of all their tunes for you for all your soundclash needs ;)
