Is it turned up and hooked up right? Master and booth, etc. I know it sounds like a daft question, but...
Don't plug it into a hub, either, because it needs all the power it can get.
I had to reinstall the drivers and Itch when I first used one too because it was fucking up on one channel - totally fine after that though. Give that a go, and if that fails I'm about out of ideas mate.

And to add to this here rather than Facebook Matt, and backing up what Chris says - the ITCH installer was iffy to say the least. Grab the very latest ITCH installer at try that.
Does ITCH operate properly? Can you play tracks and see LED output on the unit? Hit some FX and cue buttons - can you make the buttons light up even if you can't hear anything? Are the EQs set to normal?
Aside from no output, does it appear to be operating correctly?
Can you try it on another machine?
Did you buy it new?

Its great, apart from the sound keeps disapppearing, bit worrying as im gonna use it for a 2.5 hour set next saturday.

Played out for the first time with it last night.
Worked like a total dream, Reallu easy too use, the looping is great not got into the fx yet.
Hopefully i'll get some more time to play with it.
Cracking piece of kit.
