The alpha fader actually seems in ok condition so will have to make do with that for now. The cut in is better than I expected too - but then I have been using a controller recently so scratch wise this is a serious upgrade. The faceplate is properly worn though. The line faders seem fine. The crossfader will probably need replacing first but is actually ok, just might need a clean soon. Thing I like about the Xone 02 is because it can fit an alpha, a p&g, a pro x fade and an innofader it's no big deal to replace if I really need to.
