Guest petesasqwax
the "John Wayne on Acid" sample is from this record: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No_More_Cocoons I can't remember which track at the moment.I got that album. DEEJAYVOLUME has it too. There's way more sample-worthy shit on there that the stuff D used IMO

Jam Burglar
I've found a handful of stuff over the years. I'll have to pull the wax though to remember. I know I have the "when you're smiling" bit. It's off a soundtrack. He samples either Buckner and Garcia or the Namco Video Game Music LP (pacman sounds) for F U Pacman. He samples the We Will Rock You Drums on Murder Factory. The Beck sample referred to earlier (I'm an alien . . .) is either on Stereopathetic Soulmanure or a Western Harvest Feild By Moonlight, I can't remember which. If it's Western Harvest that's pretty deep digs. And yeah, he samples all types of shit off the "Ghost Weed" skits on De La's AOI (niggas still fussin, etc. etc. etc.) If you pick up Inspiration Information there's lots of stuff on that. http://www.discogs.com/D-Styles-Inspiration-Information/release/1356162 But yo, anybody else have Dave's very first record? http://www.discogs.com/DJ-Gee-Swift-The-Unbelievable-Groove/release/4697181 Unlike the second record he did with Gee Swift, he has some scratching on this first one. The track is "Names For Bands" but I don't think it's the same version on No More Cocoons I never knew Jello had done spoken word! I'd like one of those. He's done more than a dozen albums. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ln-YViin6p0 I've fallen, and i can't get up... I'm not sure where D found the sample on wax, but this is where I first heard it back in the day: http://www.discogs.com/You-Know-Who-3-Whack-Tracks/release/65456

Monkey-Hands
I have some samples from The Murder Faktory on record. Like the beginning speach or the long scream that D cuts. It's like a horror sound record.
