djdiggla
Same. I can't imagine anything not pretty stupid coming of this. But with such low expectations what's to lose!

Flexinoodle
Oh now i see it, turntable has Serato Vinyl control built in and is scratching the drum machine, in that case, yep, game changed

Solemn
Don't even care what this is going to be but the (not so) new korg has caught my attention
Flexinoodle
Honestly, if we are going to talk Korg, then the Volca Kick is the grower here, the rest may steal headlines, but that thing is like a 100% must have for samplists, by the looks of it !!

Mutis Mayfield
Yup - Just another dj controllerhttps://news.djcity.com/serato-and-roland-announce-new-dj-808-controller/They still have to present almost two more dj focused products. Let's wait and see but this Controller is nothing so-so to hype djs so much IMHO... Edit with more info.http://tfr.roland.com/eu/timetable/t201609100200 Edited September 9, 2016 by Mutis Mayfield
DJ Rock Well
So they took the same DJ controller design as favoured by all the other companies and added the step sequencer they invented in the 80s... #NX¥|3\|L
Mutis Mayfield
Holy crap... http://tfr.roland.com/eu/products/product-20 http://tfr.roland.com/eu/products/product-
DJ Rock Well
I didn't think they'd go that far, but how weird. It looks like medium budget, generic Chinese made DJ kit, slightly awkwardly painted in the colours of the last truly great product they made... Which have a certain retro charm when applied to the original drum machine, but somehow make mid-level Chinese electronics look cheaper.
Mutis Mayfield
And total deception... But chance to do our own groovebox turntable! XD

DJ Rock Well
The deck and mixer look like they're for people who get excited by mundane household appliances that bear branding like "Turbo" and "XL".
