Steve Posted September 9, 2013 Share Posted September 9, 2013 When you sign up to DV, you have to provide a working email address. An email will be sent to that email address and you have to click a link in it to validate your account. If you don't do that, you won't be able to use your account. I've noticed that we're getting quite a few people signing up with Hotmail email addresses who are not validating their accounts which suggests that the validation email isn't being received. Please check your spam folder, as email from DV can sometimes get caught up in there. If you're still having issues, please send an email to...... battle@digitalvertigo.co.uk ......then I can validate your account manually.
