Guest Symatic Posted March 6, 2017 Share Posted March 6, 2017 This has been ticking away in the background for a while now..... now we can finally bring you LORDCORE its an ongoing project, a collaboration between Cut & Paste, Nause Corps and the wider SKRATCHLORDS collective. expect Limited Edition (30 copies each release) lathe-cut records featuring hardcore skratch productions, hand cut one by one by the ultimate badasses, NMCP Studio, Russia. Each release will have an accompanying Digital release, and various other easter eggs. The first LORDCORE release features Manipulate and Symatic, cutting it up raw and dirty over some fast paced electro bangers. The 7" features 4 skip proof sentences only available on the vinyl.The Digi release contains the 2 tracks from the 7", plus the rest of the Serious Business EP - cuts by Symatic and Manipulate over beats from the likes of Krayb David, NMCP, Mr Henshaw, and a completely mental remix of a legendary track from the original Park Side Killer, Schooly D.And if that wasn't enough we've also put together a Looper of some of Manipulate's creations on his loop pedal, couple of shouts to the recently departed Lord of Breaks - David Axelrod. Everything on the EP was recorded over 2 sessions, one in Bristol, one in Brighton. Nothing was planned out, we just recorded some scratch sessions and did some basic edits to turn what we had into definitive tracks.
