Jon
Hey guys, here's a new routine I made over the last couple of days using decks and a Pioneer DJ/ Dave Smith Toraiz SP-16 sequencer. I made an edit of a track by Kabuki and play it under the acapella: Feedback welcome as always! Thaaaanks!

Jon
cheers guys! The SP-16 is a lot of fun. I'm far too used to producing with a DAW to switch to composing beats with it but it's very intuitive for doing this sort of thing and easy to program and jam with. For this one I composed the edit/remix of the beat on Ableton Live then bounced out the hits/parts I needed and reprogrammed it into the SP-16. The pad modes are very similar to how the Pioneer DJ controllers/S9 work so it felt like I was in familiar territory when I started using it.
