iexist
I find myself asking this before buying scratch records these days. Theres so many... It's awesome! .. and yet.. a bit redundant? There's scratch records everywhere! Seems like every week there's a new scratch record.
Guest rasteri
Clearly the answer is to buy all of them but only ever use ahh and fresh.
Deft
Is the entry cost for getting vinyl pressed much cheaper than it used to be?
DJ Rock Well
I find myself asking this before buying scratch records these days. Theres so many... It's awesome! .. and yet.. a bit redundant? There's scratch records everywhere! Seems like every week there's a new scratch record. The best advice I can give is buy all the Cut & Paste ones first as they're really well produced and pressed, plus they feature a good 90% of original content. If that's still not enough for you, then try others like Ritchie's PYC series or something like the Scratch Science ones - again, they're really well produced but do generally feature a few more sounds/phrases you've heard before. Guest Symatic
Yeah... its getting to be a pretty busy little corner of the record buying world..... Thats why we're trying to get more scratch music out alongside the scratch records... so its more than just a bunch of ahhh and fresh samples over and over! djmikec
If I may: my crusty old thoughts about making unique scratch sentences. Don't get me wrong: sometimes an ahhhh is all I want/need. But yeah
