djpenguin
This is an amazing mod. Great work! Is the hardware you're using limited to controlling just the ultrapitch fader, or does it have enough I/O to control the regular pitch fader as well? If you could control both faders, by placing 0% at E1, you could get a full two octaves from C0 to C2 (almost...C0 ends up being sharp by .13Hz, or .08%) out of the combined +/- 60% range of the two faders. Backtrack
Yes. That is possible and was my initial idea. But I found it more useful to be able to change the root note with the +-10% if you had a outoftune sample or just want to change scale. If someone really wanted to have this it could be done tho. With the use of dvs and preprod software 20 notes should be enough.
djpenguin
Fair enough. If you're willing to ship one to the US, I'll buy one.

DJ Rock Well
Top work on the finished mod and the djworx coverage! The next £55 I can spare is coming straight to you for one of these. No problems on staying in Rye either - the studio has already been assigned scratch hostel duties for that weekend.
Backtrack
Im gonna stop making the mods from now. It just takes too much time. But there is still people who wants the mod so I decided to put all info out there so people can make it themselves. This thread is still in 2nd place when you search for the mod so I´ll post the info here and on http://pdx2000midi.eu.pn/SchematicLayoutPCB layout for etchingBOMSwitch wiringCode for micro controllerYou also need to look at the Installation Instructions Preprogrammed microcontrollers can still be bought from me (12€, including shipping) cause it might be hard to program yourself. The rest can easily be soldered on to a perfboard if your dont want to etch a PCB.
