Guest Symatic
When I lived in Edinburgh Hudson Mohawke was the total Don of Scotland's music scene (to me at least). As DJ Itchi he was the youngest ever UK DMC Finalist, and his routines sound like what his (pre-kanye) beats developed into - like manually wonked-out dirty south rap instrumentals..... I never knew him whilst I lived in Scotland, but I did have the pleasure of doing one or two gigs with his LuckyMe counterpart Dom Sum and they used to be a crew called Surface Empire - their album had a similar type of sound to the Hudson's Heeters beat tape which apparently put him on the radar of bigger labels. anyway, I made this looper ages ago, I think I posted it here once but it will be on some dead link, so last night I stuck it on Scratchloopers.com. took me ages to get those tellys to do the white noise thing http://www.scratchloopers.com/loopers/4c9ab177-fc81-4b6b-a73e-ced5d5b99908.swf
