  1. uuff, it looks to me, the paint reacted to the softener that came out from the foam. Some foam degenerates after decades Strip the paint from the platter and repaint it with a 2K paint
  2. Thanks for sharing, a bit off topic but has anyone an idea from when the black pdx 2000 versions are? I presume they where the last of the series?
  3. I ended up using google chrome with ublock, works for now!
  4. not sure how the track is called, but 'one more' is great❤️
  5. Never thought about that, the Z2 also sends midi from the fader
  6. I don't see why so much work in coding and developing for what can be done by 2 hands and 2 ears. Not trying to say that there can't be other ways of dj-ing but in general a DAW for dj's to me sounds likes working the other way around, i would record a mix in either Live/Cubase or Logic and multitrack it.(For now lets forget the traditional way of a onetake mix) Technically its nice you can export a recorded mix form the DJ DAW to your favorite DAW with all data but again you end up in what a DAW is made for....recording and editing. Youtube integration or spotify or whatever streamservice with a gazillion tracks makes one totally lazy on selecting tracks...playing whatever is available what the algoritm suggest you is something i'm dont like Exporting to YT/Mixcloud to me is like streaming live, so i dont see the pro's of it
  7. thanks Steve, will dive into it, currently running firefox with add block plus here
  8. haha great you still have the file, so recognisable trying to scratch with whatever is available👊
  9. Had a spin tonight on it, hooked up to a S9, my impression is that this turntable is rock solid, the spindle thing is easy to take off and put it back, although it feels a little awkward at first But to use the spindle to speed up a little as written above while mixing, isn't the same feel as a 1200,the spindle's top isn't round. I was just cutting on it tonight but you can leave it off if you want. Design is nice although i'm not a pioneer fan but it makes a nice couple with a S9, pitch control has a wide range, filling the gap that 1200's miss Buttons feel okay and are responsive but a bit small for me, should've been 8 buttons maybe.... depending on what you want Maybe a midi connection would've been great just as the vestax players but possibly there is a workaround, i'm not familiar with that Nice piece of gear which i probably never buy, pricewise I'd rather stick to traktor when it comes to DVS but i'm an old fart anyway, at the other hand i dont see NI coming up with something new when it comes to mixers
  10. i would've loved to see that thing working as a standalone, i guess it would require a screen than and so on..and probably more buttons which wouldnt have fit the housing considering the size. Not even mentioning the price:(
