JHouse
Honestly man, errrybody is just regurgitating existing EDM samples, so you should make your own; Learn various equipment and/or software and then create you're own shit, from scratch. Current EDM loops have been badgered to death, but in all fairness, so have skratch samples.
DJ Rock Well
Generally I agree with JHouse, the only tip I do have though is this. What you're looking at is sample packs for 'producers' to make their own tracks with. These are never cheap as they are expected to be use wholesale in finished music that will itself be sold. The only way I've seen these sort of things floating around for free is as sample DVDs on the front of music making magazines. At least two of these belong to the publisher who consolidates there stuff online at musicradar.com - you might be able to find some archived free samples there, they certainly used to post up some bits for free download.
